The Wüsthof fish filleting knife from the Classic series is suitable for filleting both fish and meat. The 20 cm long, thin and highly elastic blade allows very precise cuts.
The blades of the Wüsthof Classic series are forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chrome molybdenum vanadium) and are permanently extremely sharp thanks to the special Wüsthof PEtec technology. They are characterized by high resilience and a long service life. The black handle shells made of special plastic are firmly riveted, seamlessly assembled and therefore extremely hygienic. The knives of the Wüsthof Classic series meet the high hygiene standards of the catering industry.
