The Wusthof chef's knife from the Performer series is an all-round knife and should not be missing in any kitchen. Its 20cm blade cuts meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. It also cradles and chop herbs and can also be used for pressing, shaping and transporting.
The blade is made from one piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and has a DLC coating. This is a diamond-like carbon that is quite strong. The blade not only looks fantastic, but is also protected against high temperatures, acids and scratches. The knife handle fits particularly well in the hand.
We recommend rinsing and drying the Wusthof knife from the Performer series immediately after use. Never clean in the dishwasher or leave in water for a long time.
