The knife blades of the Wüsthof Classic White series are forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chrome molybdenum vanadium) and are permanently extremely sharp thanks to the special Wüsthof PEtec process. They are characterized by high resilience and a long service life. The white handle shells made of special plastic are firmly riveted, seamlessly assembled and therefore extremely hygienic. The knives of the Wüsthof Classic White series meet the high hygiene standards of the catering industry.
