The cooking surface features SCANPAN’s advanced Stratanium+ non-stick coating, engineered to provide excellent food release, strong wear resistance, and long-term durability. Its tall sides help contain liquids and sauces during cooking, making the pan suitable for roasting, baking, braising, and preparing oven dishes without spills.
Compatible with all cooktops including induction and oven safe up to 260°C, The Square transitions seamlessly between cooking methods, offering flexibility for everyday meals and larger oven dishes.
